Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. up to all depths and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, pick jumper work, saturated soil, in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering , stacking usable and unusable materials/ soils separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soils in 15 cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable materials as directed within all leads and lifts complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement:5 sand:10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-

Vertical surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness

Providing and laying concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding including cost of binding wire and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for separately)

Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machinery poclain 210 of 1.5 cubic metre bucket capacity @ 60cubic metre per hour loading capacity for earth cutting/excavation /filling/removal of slips/boulders and clearance of blocked side drain transportation etc. Any repair/breakage during operation will be carried out by the Contractor /owner at his own risk. Shifting of machinery from one place to otherplace will be absolute responsibility of the contractor and no payment will be made for the same.
