| 17 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour& pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 16.1) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. |
| 18 | Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 21 | Providing and fixing 6mm thick required colour multiwall poly carbonate sheet or brand GE Lexan or equivalent. The multiwalled poly carbonate sheet shall be fixed to tubular steel structure with aluminium Alcox section top & bottom profile and waterproof EPDM gasket on the both side of joint so as to make the whole structure water tight . The Alcox aluminium section shall be fixed on joints as well as two longitudinal ends of corridor to fix the sheet rigidly on steel frame structure .The waterproof EPDM gasket and aluminium profile shall be fixed with fixing sheet and sealed with silicon(winsil-20).The poly carbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and self drilling 55 mm long steel screws not more than 30 mm centre to centre . The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all material and labour involved such as poly carbonate sheet,Alcox system aluminium profile and fixing sheet ,EPDM gasket ,self taping screws ,nuts bolts ,silicon sealant (winsil-20)or any other material required for fixing the sheet but excluding(the costof steel structure which shall be paid separately).The work shall be completed in all respect as per direction of engineer-incharge .Finished curved surface are of poly carbonate sheet shall be measured for the purpose of the payment,Nothing extra shall be payable for making curvature in poly carbonate sheets |
