Providing and installation of submersible pump set of KSB/ Crompton/ Kirlosker make confirming to latest BIS code, The pump shall be fitted with bronze impeller of suitable alloy for handling Clear water as per IS : 8034-1976 having oil/grease packed bearing and stainless steel shaft wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible shaft confirming to BIS 9238-1979 with up to date amendments of 2900 (N) RPM totally dust and water proof with detachable pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/oil lubricated bearing and suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts 3 phase 50 C/S AC supply. The power of motor should be at least 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in complete operating range with mounting stand/duck foot bend, steel guide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories by manufacturing complete and suitable for fulfilled the following requirements complete in all respect including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and errection of MS fabricated control panel board suitable for 3 HP submersible motor of L&T/BCH/Crompton make consisting of ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamp. MCCB, direct on line starter, On/Off push button complete with internal wiring .

Providing and Fixing of 3 core copper cable 4mm2 Havells / L&T/ Finolex/CRI make entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and erection of G.I. rope wire 6mm and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC pipe of 32 mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of horizontal nipple of 32mm dia complete upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Clamp for submersible set complete upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
