Providing and Fixing of 4 Nos. Star Delta Starter Panels for Aeration Unit No. 1 with allied works at Ghitorni STP with following worksProviding and Fixing of Star delta starter panel in sheet steel enclosure made out of 2 mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated, vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors, floor mounted type, dust & vermin proof having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets protection. The each part of the fabricated panel will be be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire. The starter having following component suitable for 40 HP motor:-MCCB 415 V Triple pole 36KA 125 Amp.- 1No. Make- L&T/Siemens /Schneider/ABB, Manually operated oil immersed sheet steel clad wall/stand mounting type star delta starter as per 15: 13947(Part1&4) - with phase reversal, phase loss, current unbalance, dry run, under/over voltage with LED display of fault indication & LED digital Amp/volt metering display having under voltage relay- 3Nos., Magnetic overload relay with oil dashpot time lags- 1 Nos., Stop lever, plain entries for PVC cables 415V. 3Phase, 50Hz with oil filling for 40HP Motor Make- L&T /Siemens/Schneider/ABB/ Advance, Amp. Meter 150/5 size 96x96mm- 1 No. L&T/AE, Volt meter 0-500V-1No. Make-L&T/AE, MCB SP 6 Amp. 4 Nos. Make-L&T/Siemens Schneider/ABB, Spreader terminal for MCCB- 1 set, Current protection Transformer 150/5-3 Nos. Make- L&T/Siemens/Schneider/ABB, Indicating Light RYB -3 Nos. Make-L&T/Siemens, Motor protection relay- 1 No Make-L&T/Siemens, Cable gland & plate for cable termination -1 Set as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Fixing/grouting of the MS angle stand and enclosure at site at the convenient height to operate suitably by welding or nut bolt as Jobs required at site with necessary civil work Fitting of the starter panel on MS angle stand through welding or nut bolt as per site requirement, making cable laying, cable connection with thimble, tapping etc. Laying of cable wherever required as per site requirement and direction of Engineer in charge.

Testing & commissioning of the Starter Panel and installed equipments, setting of relay, as per required parameters with relevant IS. Testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow as per site requirement and direction of Engineer in charge. ) Continuity and earth testing, ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth, iii)checking for all tightness of nut and bolts, iv) Alignments of doors etc., v) Interlocking tests, vi) All function tests.
