| 1 | Repair/Renovation/Strengthening of Final Settling Tank with other allied works at Vasant Kunj 2.2 MGD STP with following works:-Isolating the Final Settling Tank from inflowing and outflowing channels by closing sluice gate using MS sheet plank, gunny bags , to stop the flow completely into FST and to make the same dry , using heavy labor and required safety arrangement. |

| 3 | Dismantling of motor and primary reduction gear box and other mechanical fixture from the top of center mechanism and shifting to workable safe place. |
| 4 | Dismantling of central driving unit by cutting nut and bolt with the help of gas cutter and dismantling of shaft, central gear, worm gear complete end and transmission unit and shifting to the safe workable place with the help of mobile crane and heavy labor etc. |
| 5 | Dismantling the damaged structure of the both scrapper arms and shifting to a workable place with the help of mobile crane and heavy labor etc. |
| 6 | Providing/making temporary platform around the central cage of FST as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Making arrangement for lifting of M.S bridge to such a level with mechanical lifting equipment so that turntable can be dismantled safely with manual labor and material handling equipment etc. |
| 8 | Providing of seal, gasket and other hardware item for central assembly as per site requirement. |
| 9 | Providing of tie rod with wire rope for balancing the scrapper arm as per site requirement. |
| 10 | Renovation and strengthening of scrapper arm structure by way of providing and fixing new elements of structure made out of 65x65x6 mm MS angle and 50x50x6 mm as per requirement and channel 150x75 mm and 6 mm thick sheet. |
| 11 | Renovation and strengthening of bottom scrapper made out from 6mm thick MS sheet of size 200x816x1700 mm approximate i/c replacement of squeezers with MS flat after holes in equal distance etc. |

| 13 | Repairing/Replacement of damaged V notches and buffer plate of fibre sheet having thickness 6 mm as per site requirement. |

| 15 | Providing of M.S sheet size 6mm thickness as per site requirement. |
| 16 | Providing of M.S angle iron 65x65x6 mm and 50x50x6 mm as per site requirement. |
| 17 | Providing of the M.S channel as per site requirement. |
| 18 | Providing of the M.S nut bolt as per site requirement. |
| 19 | Workmanship charges for fixing and making of central drum in accordance to shape and size as per sample with the help of electric arc welding/gas cutter etc. including the work of bending/shaping of sheet as per site requirement. |
| 20 | Re fixing of the top of reduction gear box alignment with motor, replacement of chain sprocket and the hub consist of strengthening the electrical system by carrying out work on starter and allied related work as per site requirement. |
| 21 | Assembling the complete structure fitting all element by using new fastener and homogeneous electric arc welding and balancing the both side arm with the help of tie rode and end with adjustment bolt. |

| 26 | Safety arrangement at site of work for safe working of men and machinery. This includes transportation of safety material and its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement & it’s dismantling after completion of work. |
