| 8 | Hiring of long boom crane to carry out all works safety. |
| 9 | Lighting arrangement at site of work for executing the work during electric material etc. as per site requirement, Including To & Fro Transportation Charges. Including 62 KVA DG Set. |
| 10 | Removing the all gates,spindle and allied parts outside/from the drain, gate structure with the help of mobile crane. The job include the provision of hanging the sluice gates from its position with the help of suitable size of SS/MS chain/crane etc. and placing the all gates from the gate structure i.e site to store/safe side place of delhi gate phase-I STP with the help of man, vehicle for transportation , crane etc as per site requirement. For removing of all Gates with allied works & placing the store/safe place of delhi gate phase-I if any other materials/job work required *& not includes in the estimate shall be scope of contractor. |

| 18 | Repairing of S.S. spindle i/c remetalling, turning, re-threading & polishing etc. as required. |
| 19 | Making & fixing the SS pin of required size for lower coupler at sluice gate with nut bolts and washer. The job includes the fixing of the same with sluice gates inside the sump. |
| 20 | Repairing of guide channels & strips etc. for smooth operation of gate with oiling & greasing the same. |
| 21 | Repair of gear box, providing & fixing of bush, nut spindle etc. for smooth operation of gear box & sluice gates. |
| 22 | Providing & fixing of thrust bearing. (2 Nos. each gear box). |
| 23 | Providing and fixing of MS bracket (2 Nos for each sluice gate) of required shape and size for smooth and in position proper movement of spindle of sluice gate |
| 24 | Making the RCC block for sluice gate fully opened with the help of pneumatic hammer etc. inside the drain having sewage flow and foul gases. |
| 25 | Painting the complete system with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of enamel paint after cleaning the surface area. |
