Scope of work consist of routine inspection of elevated station components using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), ensuring early detection of faults, defects, and potential safety hazards. Inspection should cover roof Sheets visual assessment for corrosion, displacement, deformation, or damage, Detection of loose panels, fasteners, or sealants, Verification of continuity and alignment with codal norms, Façade Elements, Inspection of cladding integrity, joint sealants, and anchorage systems, Identification of cracks, staining, or water intrusion, Assessment of safety risks due to loose or deteriorating façade components, Roof-Level Drainage System, Evaluation of gutter and downpipe condition, alignment, and blockage, Inspection of water outlets and flow paths, Detection of debris accumulation and potential leakage points. Including submission of Report covering all the above mentioned aspects. |

| 18 | Visual Inspection: The inspection shall be conducted either visually or through an Unmanned Aerial System (confirming to RDSO guideline BS 129). The Contractor shall inspect the condition of the foundation, median and pier protection wall, RCC pier, pier cap, bearing pedestal, bearings, seismic arrestors, superstructure components including PSC segmental box girders, I-girders, steel girders, handrail(Fixing and tightening of nut bolts), expansion joint(fixing, tightening of nut bolts), protective works, and waterway for scouring, silting, any slips or settlements. The Contractor has to record of same to be maintained in Bridge register and also has to clean any loose material observed at Sub and Super structure. |

Minimum Manpower requirement for Schedule-BTeam Leader for overall Scope of Work -01; SSE/Bridge Engg-01 (For Viaduct ); Junior Engg-01; Billing Engineer-01 (Over all Scope of Work ) (including scaffolding,Machinery and Tools.). This manpower will not be payable under any other schedule. Contractor to quote accordingly. |

| 31 | A. Routine Inspection & Maintenanace including submission of inspection report : (Once in every six months)To carry out routine inspection and maintenance of tunnel section as per schedule of Tunnel maintenance Manual (Total Scope of 6 Km Length). Scope of work consist of routine inspection including maintenance tasks such as cleaning of the build-up dirt and debris, to ensure effective functioning of drainage system.- To carried out Inspection & cleaning of Ring Beam, Cross passages, Bored Tunnels, Box Tunnels, NATM Tunnels sections and refer Tunnel Maintenance manual and its Annexures, Checklists.- To Inspect & clean Concrete Surfaces, Door, Block Masonry, Handrails and Gates, Cracks in Segments, structural damages such as Tunnel lining, Railings and walkways, Cracks, Slides, or slope failures in embankments, Tilt in walls, Fallen or loose material, Plumbing System, Missing or loose nuts and bolts, Surface deterioration, Seepage through segment Joints, Seepage through grout socket, Seepage through permanent retaining walls etc.-Cleaning of dirt, debris and removal of blockage of cross drainage work that drainage system Note : The cost of new items will be paid separately except small hardware like nuts/bolts, nails, cleaning tools, blockage removal machine etc. which are included in this item.-The contractor has to carry necessary manpower, tools and equipment's within the quoted price. Contractor should be record the Inspection details as per Maha-Metro format and submit the same within mentioned time frame.-Each month the contractor has to complete minimum 15% of the total quantities to achieve the 100% of the work within 6 months. |
