A Synthetic Coating Turf has been created on the open land under the flyover from Nitin Company to Cadbury Junction along the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway in the Thane Municipal Corporation area. Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited for giving it on lease for 5 years. Interested bidders must pay the higher amount between 25% of the monthly revenue on a monthly basis to the municipal corporation. We agree to all the terms and conditions and are ready to give Thane Municipal Corporation a share of the income coming from the Synthetic Coating Turf area, located in the open space under the Nitin Company to Cadbury Junction flyover along the Mumbai to Nashik Expressway, as per the following details. We agree to pay TMC ______% partnership amount + 18% GST on the fees collected. Further, after the contract is finalized, Note: Preference will be given to the bidder quoting a partnership percentage of 25% or more.
