| 8 | Providing and Erecting typical Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana signboard made of two MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size1500 mm x 600 mm and 1200 mm x 150 mm stiffened by angle size 25 mm x 25 mm 3 mm all around the plate and plates welded to each other at two places and assembly of plates fixed on tubular frame of 70 mm x 70 mm 12 SWG sheet Square tube ( vertical post 2500mm with angle holdfasts ) .On the top of 1200x150 mm a circular sheet of 900 mm dia to be fixed as per drawing showing Road logo & name of scheme \\" Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana \\".Board duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 300 mmx 300 mm x 600 mm size below ground level .All MS will be stove enameled on both side. Lettering , figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing . |
