| 1 | Pumping / Bailing out from NDCT-3A&3B and IDCT-3A&3B basin water with slush by manually / mechanically with deploying required Nos. sludge pumps electrical driven open well submersible or centrifugal pumps with complete set-up of 10 HP pumps capacity in working condition including necessary suction and delivery hoses, foot valves, electric cables of required length in each pump with all electric accessories required for pump operation, including depute a pump operator in all the days, deploying of manpower’s for removing water / slush beyond capacity of pumping, cleaning of mucks from pond bed and side walls, cleaning of peripheral surfaces of main hot water RCC distribution ducts and cleaning of fills by removing algae/fungus, dirt, sludge etc. by scraping instruments and cleaning of surface using water jet machine including disposal of debris, cost of wire brushes, tools and tackles, steel scaffolding, wet and dry mopping, jet machine, required category manpower etc. including disposal of debris and disposing all waste at place as directed by Engineer within a lead of 1 km. Payment will be done in relevant item. Note:- 1) Dimension of each NDCT Basin-12908 Sq.M approx., R-64.10 M, Depth-3.50 M, Depth of fills-1.35 M2) Dimension of 2 Nos Hot water distribution ducts in each NDCT 3.50 x 3.00 M and Length-110 M3) Area of each IDCT Basin is 1300 Sq.M. Approx.. | 10 | Supplying and Painting anti-corrosive coal tar based coating on the existing painted / unpainted / repaired RCC surfaces and other structural surfaces with two coat up to minimum thickness DFT of 40-60 microns in each coat as per manufacturer's specification. After cleaning, scraping of existing surfaces is done by mechanically / manually driven scrapping equipment's (electrically operated), sand papering machines, machines equipped with wire brushes. Cost includes paint, thinner, brushes, rollers, sand papers, removing of algae, all necessary equipment, labour, providing scaffolding including erection and de-erection etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer. Mixing of paint shall be carried out with electrically operated stirrer machine only and strictly as per Manufacturer's Specifications. Note:-1. Contractor has to make necessary arrangement for ensuring thickness of coat of paint.2. Painting area covers walls, columns, beams, floor of hot water/cold water tunels and basin area of all NDCT and IDCT.3. Other ancillary structures required for painting is to be carried out along with this work.4. Actual painted area will be measured and paid in SqM. 5. The epoxy mortar shall be mixed thoroughly and shall be caulked in grooves. Epoxy primer consisting of epoxy resin and hardener without quartz sand shall be mixed as per the manufactures recommendations and applied on the concrete surface prior to caulking of the epoxy compound. The top surface shall be finished smooth using trowel. It should be ensured that only such quantity is mixed which can be consumed before setting.
