Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clause 201 of MORD.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick Built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying etc (To be used for minor repair works only )

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregtes of specified sizes to Water Bound Macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness and packing and hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80- 100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming screening of crusbale type of such as moorum or gravel to fill up interstics of course aggregates watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause -405

Providing and applying priming coat over the prepared surface in low porosity with bitumen Emolusion (SS-1) including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.90 to 1.2 Kg./sqm using mechanical means etc.complete as per technical (MORD) specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503.

Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR , hot-mix plant,bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles etc(To be used for minor repair works )

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire& running charges of PRR,hot-mix plant , tar boiler and all other T&P articles etc

Finishing surface of walls with cement based putty ( Wter based) of approved make & finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes etc. Complete

Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade excluding cost of paint.
