| 9 | M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG 10 grade from hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pneumatic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Bituminous premix carpet will be laid by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only.(ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE.(iii) The binder content specified is minimum. Financial effect of any plus variation in binder content during design mix at site shall be borne by contractor without any extra cost to the government. |

| 16 | S&F manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign board of size 900mm dia made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting, as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be reveted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50 x 50 mm square post made of MS angle 50 x 50 x 4 mm, 4m long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement.
