| 3 | Providing and casting in situ concrete of grade 1:3:6 using stone of max. size 20 mm including form work, mixing, transporting, placing as base course, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items as per drawings and specifications(The rate quoted shall be inclusive of formwork required if any). NOTE: (i) Min. Consumption of cement is assumed at 220 kgs./Cum (ii) Bidder shall consider cost of shuttering while quoting the rate. |
| 4 | Providing and casting in situ RCC of grade M - 30 conforming to IS 456-2000 using stone of max. size 20mm including form work, scaffolding, mixing, adding Admixture, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items including Hatch Cover as per drawings and specifications.(The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of formwork, Admixure etc. ) NOTE: (i) Min Consumption of cement is assumed at minimum 350 kgs./ CuM (ii) Design Mix preparation shall be obtained from reputed NABL approved Concrete Testing Laboratory & to be submitted to EIC before start of the work. (iii) Addition of admixture to accelerate, retard setting of concrete/ to improve workability without impairing strength and durability of concrete as per IS: 9103. (iv) No additional payment shall be made for either Admixture or additional cement used. |

NOTE: (i) Min. Consumption of cement is assumed at 350 kgs./ CuM(ii) Design Mix preparation shall be obtained from reputed NABL approved Concrete Testing Laboratory & to be submitted to EIC before start of the work. (iii) Addition of admixture to accelerate, retard setting of concrete/ to improve workability without impairing strength and durability of concrete as per IS: 9103. (iv) No additional payment shall be made for either Admixure or additional cement to use v) Gantry crane will be provided by the department for placing the precast covers at free of cost subject to its availability |
| 6 | Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 - TATA / SAIL / VIZAG / JINDAL make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks (As per Drawing) in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. |
| 7 | Filling in foundations and plinth with Coarse aggregate (20 mm and below up to 10mm) with all cost of leads in layers of not more than 150mm thick each layer well rammed and consolidated including watering etc. complete |
| 8 | Supplying, fabricating and fixing stainless steel sections like 6,12,20mm thick S S Plate, 20mm Dia. S S Rod, 80 nb S S pipes with threaded cap, paddle flange etc. made out of SS 304 material including cutting, grinding, welding, buffing (gloss/matt finish),DPT, transporting etc. for making S S tanks, lifting hook etc. including making hole, cutting to required size and shape, fixing in line with suitable anchors etc. complete as per drawing. Note : The welding of these shall be carried out by qualified procedure using qualified welder & to ensure the GTAW / SMAW 6MM full weld quality,10% DPT w.r.t. total nos. of hook will be done in presance of QA representative as directed by Engineer. |
| 9 | Providing 15 mm thick Water proof cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20% of cement used including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications. |
| 10 | Supplying & fixing with 1.5mm thick EPDM membrane as per following procedure. 1. Covering the area with Firestone Rubber Gard - EPDM / Similar product of SIKA / FOSROC / CONCARE / CHOKSEY / PIDILITE membrane water proofing system, pasting with Quick Seam Prime Plus of Fire stone / Similar product of SIKA / FOSROC / CONCARE / CHOKSEY/PIDILITE (1.14 mm Thick, Weighing 1.4 Kg/Sq Mt) Note: a) Membrane shall be applied after 7 days of freshly laid Kotastone / concrete (so that it becomes sufficiently dry after curing period). b) Shoulder width on either side of joint shall be as per manufacturer's specifications. c) The Area of treatment shall be provided over box type water proofing over kotastone (kota stone shall be paid in seperate item) as external waterproofing below the base slab and external surface of outer wall. The sheet shall extended up to top level. d) Item includes material, labour, Tools and tackles etc. complete as approved by Engineer and as per manufacturer's specifications. e) Pond test will be performed on treated area at Bidder's cost. f) Payment will be done for the area on which membrane is applied. g) Adhesion is required to be applied on total area to be treated. |
| 11 | Providing and laying 25mm thick polished Natural Kota stone as external waterproofing below the base slab and external surface of outer wall with 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 for horizontal laying & 12mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 for vertical laying laid and pointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the stone including curing, rubbing, polishing etc. complete as per specifications. |
| 12 | Providing, drilling, fixing packers, prior mixing and injecting two components low viscous Polyurethane (PU) based elastomer resin (polyurethane treatment) from Dr. Fixit, Sika, or other reputed manufacturer in water proofing field to leaking / seeping areas of RCC slabs, raft, column, walls etc. including fixing of packers, injecting two component grouting material using pneumatic / electric injection pump etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer. Item includes cost of all materials, consumable, labours, drilling and etc. complete with all lead & lift etc. Note: 1) Two Component mixed material shall be injected as per manufacturer's specification. 2) Injection shall be carried out until material rejection or packer to packer contact is observed.3) Packer size for grouting shall be used as site condition and as per manufacturer's specifications. |

| 16 | Providing, fabricating ,repairing and embedding Structural steel sections such as R S Joists, tees, Angles, flats, channels,trusses, I sections, Anchor bolts etc. and Welded Carbon steel work (Material Confirming to IS: 2062 Grade - B and Fabrication as per IS: 800) in built up sections, framed work, and Embedded parts including cutting, welding, hoisting and fixing in position, painting with approved brand to exposed surface only. Note: (a)All surfaces of embedded parts in contact with concrete shall be left unpainted. All exposed surface shall be cleaned by suitable mechanical means to commercial finish and shall be painted with two coats of Epoxy paint over two coats of Zinc rich primer(40 Microns).(b)All steel shall be procured and supplied by the Contractor, from reputed sources as approved by Engineer. Structural steel shall be procured by the contractor conforming to relevant IS codes and manufactured by M/s SAIL/TATA/VIZAG/JINDAL only. |
| 17 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edges Cement concrete paver blocks in footpath ,parks ,lawns ,drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength (80 mm THICK ,M-35),thickness&size/shape,made by table vibratory method using PU Mould ,laid in required color&pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand ,compacting and proper embedding/layingof interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer bedding through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern ,finishing and sweeping extra sand .complete all as per direction odf engineer -in-charge. |
