Duties of the hostess shall include welcoming guests, guiding dignitaries to their designated seats, facilitating stage activities, and providing general assistance during the event as directed. Hostesses shall report at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the event and remain available until the conclusion of the event. Uniforms with neat and formal appearance shall be provided by the agency supplying the hostesses, subject to prior approval from the Engineer-in-charge/Event Coordinator. Adequate backup (standby hostess) should also be arranged in case of any last-minute issues. |
| 2 | Engagement of a professional folk songs & dance troupe comprising a minimum of six to seven high-quality artists toperform a traditional songs & dance including location set up during the inaugural function of the Terminal Building,graced by the presence of the Honorable Prime Minister/VVIP. The performance shall be culturally appropriate,reflecting regional heritage, and suitable for a high-profile dignitary event. |
| 3 | Providing a professional hindi and english speaking anchor having experince in conducting high profile VVIP events,including stage anchoring, guest introduction , announcements and smooth coordination of the event proceedings. | 26 | Providing, installaing, testing and commissioing a professional grade sound reinforcement system comprising lina array hanging speakers with suitable rigging and mounting arrangements, complete with all necessary wiring cabling , amplifiers, mixtures, processors and backup sound system in accordnace with SPG norms as per VVIP event requirment. The system shall include adequate number of gooseneck microphone( 2-4 nos.) , 6-8 nos. wired microphones , 4 nos. wireless microphones and all asscociated accsesories required for seamless event execution.The sound distribution system shall be uniform, clear and free form distortion, echo, feedback , resonance and dead zone throughout the stage area, audiance sitting area and outside the venue(where required). The work shall be executed complete in all respect includuing operation by qualified technician as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
