| 5 | Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite of controlled quality having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 250Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 with strength of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance royalitteis and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P & cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work with cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S.
