Providing,scraping & cleaning the road surface for 37.50 MM thick BUSG applying tack coat using 3.0 Kg. of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.50mm thick built up spray grouting in One layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen(60/70) for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and including cost and conveyance bitumen, metal and chips with all labour, T & P & cess etc completed as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 75mm thick compacted layers of specified grades of WBM IRC Grade-III ( 53mm to 22.4 mm), laying in position, spreading in uniform thickness. Hand packing, applying and booming requisite type of screening blinding materials, waterings etc.and compacting in stages with 8 to 10 T power road roller complete for finished item of work as per clause 404.1.1/ 404.2.1/ 404.2.2/ 404.2.5/ 404.2.6/ 404.2.7/ 404.3./ 404.4 to 404.7 of specification of Road & Bridge works of MOST (4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tack coat over the prepared surface ( Treated with Primer ) of penetration grade of bitumen ( 60/70 ) with cost conveyance royality T &P taxes of bitumen & other all materials including hiire and running charges of Tar boiler and labour charges as required for the item of work etc complete including cess as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost conveyance royalties & taxes of chips and bitumen with cost of all labour charges & cess etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
