| 5 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered/RCC surface making surface completely dry and applying primer till the surface is properly impreganted.water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thick ( weighting not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm on prepared suface after the primer has dried the membrane will be laid by torching to the surface as per manufacturer instruction and under strict supervisition .APP polymeric water proofing membrane shall consist of center core of 160 GSM Non Woven polyester mat protected on both side with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be procted both side with thermo fusible HMHDPE film having the technical specification, laying procedure , overlap fusing methology and treatment around rain water pipe spout and tank stagging and similar location as per zonal specfication .After laying membrane apply a layer of blown biumen (conforming to IS 702) 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm with blinding material such as sand in dry condition @ .5 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed . |
