4Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4) B1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajja and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4) B1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span etc complete all as specified and directed.
7Form work to rough finished surface of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunchigs, girders, bressullers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports over hankes etc of plinth/roof beam and similar works vertical or better for fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
8Use and waste for form work to chajjas, racks stabs, lintel or similar work for fair finished surfaces, horizontal etc complete all as specified and directed.
9S&F of mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia & securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
10S&F Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm as in stirrups cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia conformig to Fe 500, complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for dubbing out cement plaster in CM 1:4 average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls/chajja complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L for oblitering of old writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm height for writing Bldg Nos, Block Nos and Quarter Nos etc. and rewriting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing letters and rewriting the letters upto four story complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for rewriting with synthetic enamel paint to match with Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc upto four story complete all as specified and directed.
20Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.
22Dismantling of brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any morter or brick tiles on roof, floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.
23Demolition of Mud/mud puska/PCC in roofs, any thickness, including plastering, leeping or any treatment (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in padding to maintain proper slope as required complete all as specified and directed.
25M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) cover concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with @ 200 ml liquid water proofing compound in 50 Kg weight of cement (1 bag) as per manufacturerrs instruction inclduing finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.
26M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over and including applying a coat of bituminius primer @ 0.30 litres per square meter uniformily after fully dried concrete/plastered surface of roof slab complete all as specified and directed.
27M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabrick (Weight not less than 150 grams/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor. Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surface as per manufacturer instruction work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.
28M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing additive @ 5 % by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and the joints of tiles shall be filled with CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil as per SSR-2009 (Part-I) on roof area and proper curing with water by ponding complete all as specified and directed.
29Description same all as per item No 28 here-in-before but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.Note : Brick tiles used would be obtained from items Dismantling of brick tiles.
30M&L for preparation of APP membrane laid over roof surface and applying of two coat of aluminum paint on Non Accesible roof of building complete all as specified and directed.
31M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof / parapet wall with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. (b) Preparation of newly plastered surface of roof including cleaning the surface by using wire brush / pressure hole and apply high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, Smartcare PU magnum membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5 N/ Sqmm as per ASTD D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3 mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A hardness of min. 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare PU magnum or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 1.5 Kg/ Sqm on a primed surface with SmartCare primer and a GSM geo textile cloth sandwiched in between etc complete as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.
32Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clen dry sand (1:1) (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.
35M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of wall including cornices etc and applying two coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.
37M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling by scrapping tools/electric hand grinder and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
38M&L for preparation of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc by washing, rubbing down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.
39Complete removal of existing treatment on wall / roof projection of old decorated surfaces by scrapping tools/ electric hand grinder and applying uniform thickness 1 - 2 mm thick wall care putty on the surface and grinding with sand paper to achieve a uniform smooth surface, after dry the layer of putty, apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted with paint roller over a coat of primer of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.
40M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
41M&L for preparation of old painted surface and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint white or tinted with paint roller of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.
42Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, over & including 1mm thick wall care putty not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.Note : Primer and emulsion to be carried out through paint roller.
43M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of wall including cornices etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
45M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of wall including cornices etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.
46Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad and applyingt two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
47M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces or wood base material of any description not otherwise described, surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
48M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces or steel base material of any description not otherwise described, surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
49Removing vegetable growth/plants/shrubs (girth exc 5 cm but not exc 30 cm), cutting in brick wall/concrete surface upto triple story building, carefully without damaging the existing soil, vent, water supply pipe and removing roots of plants completely and filling the gaps with cement mortar 1:4 finished & match with the existing surface including all scaffolding ladder etc as required surface are not exc 0.36 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
50Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.
51S&F of 110mm dia (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
