Name of Work:- COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AT NAVAL DOCKYARD UNDER AGE B/R-III OF GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

3M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
4M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L for Vitrified, designed, light shade coloured, tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for Vitrified, designed, light shade coloured, tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado, etc including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 and necessary cutting of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

11M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
12M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size 300x200 x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
13Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid etc complete all as specified and directed.
14S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to cerntre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete including Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F glass fibre reinforced Gypsum Board perforated type, 12mm thick in ceiling, 60x60 cm in size of approved texture design and pattern ,having moisture content less than 2% ,humidity resistance 99% , NRC 0.5 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987 ,fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
16M & L for Preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of ceiling of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described by \\"Vaccum based sanding machine\\" and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer by \\"Aquto Roller\\" machine complete all as specified and directed.
17S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 600mm x 600mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
18M & L for 8 mm thick, Seamless calcium silicate ceiling board made out of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face to centre, board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)
19Opening the cover and Cleaning of Manholes of any depth and size by pumping out the sewage water completely inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the manholes to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.75 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
20Cleaning the blockage in the Gully Trap of any size completely enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, removing the sludge and other materials from the Manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages gully trap complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
21Opening the cover and cleaning of septic tanks, sumps, manholes etc of any capacity, dewatering foul water and taking out night soil, excreta, sludge, etc by pumping properly and removing and carrying the same to a distance upto outside MD land, burried underground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation and earthwork in soft/loose soil for pits, returning, filling in including sprinkling bleaching powder @ not less than 0.75 Kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around to slope as required including refixing the cover in position and cleaning the eitre area and making good damaged portion (if any) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Depth of sludge shall only be measured for volume.(ii): The cleaning work shall be carried out by Honey sucker tanker or similar transporter.)
22Clearing wash basin/kitchen drainage block from the waste pipes by romving grating and removing waste materials from the traps, bends etc carefully and roding with flexible GI wire to clear the blocking including dipositing the waste materials complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge
23Clearing blockage from soil pipes or from WC by carefully roding soil pipe with split bamboos or flexible GI wire etc including cleaning the toilet by flushing water and disposing any removed soil materials complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge
24M & L for Filling of cement mortar in sides of nahani trap, gully trap, rain water pipes out let etc. in CM 1:3 including WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and making good finishes to arrest leakage / seepage complete all as specified and as directed.
25Cleaning of sewage lines 100 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.75 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
26Cleaning of sewage lines 150 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.75 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
27Cleaning of sewage lines 200 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.75 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

30Demolition and breaking 100m bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)
31All as per serial item No. 30 above but 150mm dia pipe complete ditto

38M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100 mm bore RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and directed .
39All as per Serial item No. 38 above but for 150 mm dia pipe complete ditto
40All as per Serial item No. 38 above but for 200 mm dia pipe complete ditto

42Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
43Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
44Removing excavated materials exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
45Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS
46Material and labour for applying one coat of acrylic/oil bound washable distemper to old decorated plastered (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS
47M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia, ceiling parapet etc including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, effloresecnt salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, having dart pick up resistant, silicon enhanced, UV resistant and PU enhanced property including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS
48M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls, etc including cornices by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
49M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling, etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
