The job also include designing, arranging cutting and joining with welding (using electrode of approved quality) supported by 4 nos M.S strip of size 40mm x 6mm. The pipes are to be joined to the M.S slotted pipe in pieces or full lengths depending upon the water bearing strata as directed by Engineer-in-charge. | 10 | Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of submersible pump set having capacity of (12500 GPH x 50 mts) head coupled with 3 phase (20 H.P) 380 volts + 10%, 50 HZ + 3% A.C supply, copper wound squirrel cage induction submersible motor along with 100 mm dia C class G.I flanged column pipes, and other allied materials / equipments required during lowering of submersible pump set. The job also includes P/F of 40 Amp. Fully automatic unmanned star delta control panel cum auto starter of consisting of 3 pole contactor = 03 no. & 63 Amp 50 KA MCCB = 01 no. for motor back up & protection, time delay relay of 30 seconds with protection against phase reversal, phase imbalance, over loading, dry running low voltage below 350 V, high voltage above 450 V, single phase / phase reversal relay, over current / under current relay, over volt / under volt relay. The panel shall comprise of voltmeter with selector switch, Ampere meter with selector switch & current transformers of suitable capacity. The complete system should be enclosed in weatherproof painted M.S sheet box of suitable dimensions with height as per the requirement at site for proper fitment & having four supporting arms for grouting & strengthening. The job also includes P/L 35 mm2 3 1/2 core Al armoured cable (as per site condition) for making connection of control panel to electric transformer & 10 mm2 3 1/2 core submersible copper cable (as per site condition) for making connection of submersible motor to the control panel & other electric accessories required for commissioning of submersible pump set. The job also includes P/F of 100 mm dia C-class G.I delivery pipe supported with angle iron structure along with NRV & sluice valve & bends as per requirement at site. The job includes cost of material, labour, carriage, tools & tackles, complete job in all respects. |
| 11 | Providing, installation, commissioning & testing of 63 KVA copper wound, oil cooled, servo operated voltage stabilizer with input voltage range (160 V to 400V) and output voltage range (400 V + 10%) and frequency 50Hz + 3%. Stabilizer assembly should comprise of core made of silicon steel wound with copper coil conductor of appropriate quality conforming to BIS with di-electric oil of proper value for cooling stabilizer assembly. The job also includes providing and lying cable as per site for making connection of Stabilizer to control Panel and P/F 01 Change over switch of required specification for by-passing the voltage Stabilizer. The job also includes P/F 01 MCCB of required specification on input side & other required fittings. The job includes Fabrication of canopy for protection of stabilizer against weather.
