Supply Of integrated wtcc for lhb bangladesh non ac chair car coaches , integrated wtcc for lhb bangladesh non ac chair car coachesnote: make/ manufacturer of raw material shall be m/s jsl or m/s sail., as per drawing: bje10501 alt a, packing instruction: 1. the supplier shall pack the integrated wtcc in a suitably designed r eturnable fixture in such a way that integrated wtcc shall not get scratched, damage d, twisted during transportation, storage and lifting and to avoid scratches on oute r surface. it should be wrapped with enviroment friendly material and it should have s tandard clamping /fastening mechanism so that it can be opened easily. it should have f irms identification mark. 2. first returanable fixture along with integrated wtcc be re tained by rcf & this fixture shall be exchanged in the second lot supply and so on. at t he end of the contact, the firm shall collect the remaining returnable packing fixture from rcf. 3. the packing fixture/frame to be fabricated having sufficient strenght to b ear approximate 1 tonne load in static & moving condition of two coach set of integra ted wtcc. 4. the fixture /frame/pallet should be designed so that the packed wtcc rema in preferably in horizontal position to minimize surface area. 5. it should also be suita ble for storage of integrated wtcc under open sky.
