Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all leads & lifts with all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20mm & down garded size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering & curing for 28 days centering & shuttering, dewatering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for bending, binding & tying the grills ets. complete as per specification & direction of the E.I.C.
