Providing and fixing of cautionary sign board, Pedestrain crossing of size 600x600x600mm equilateral triangle (comer rounded off) consisting of ACP sheet 3mm thick fixed to back support frames of size of angle iron 25x25x5mm with aluminium. The retro reflective high density Type XI sheet will be provided on base of sign plate and definition plate having size 600x300mm. Red reflective border 65mm wide shall also fixed on sign plate and black reflective shall be used as siga on sign plate and lettering on the definition plate. P/F Mandatory/Regulatory sign board for Speed Limit Boards having 600mm dia and the definition plate of size 600mmx300mm made out of 3mm, thick ACP sheet fixed to back support frames of size of angle iron 25x25x3mm with aluminium. Alloy steel rivets of appropriate size with suitable intervals. Providing and fixing Keep Left Board / Divider Sign Board have top circular plate of dia 450mm with definition plate of size 300 × 100mm and the bottom plate of size 300 x 900mm both made out of 3mm thick ACP sheet, fixed to back support frames of MS Flat of size 50 x 5 mm. The front side of both ACP plate shall be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - XI in blue and red, white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class - 2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets to back support frame of M.S. Flat 25 x 5mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with welding / nut and bolts to 2200mm long MS angle 65 x 65 x 6mm having anchorage piece 225mm long made out of MS Flat of size 25mm × 5mm embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block size 300 x 300 x 450mm.
