Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 Meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.630 A,50KA,FPMCCB

Supplying and fixing including connections of the Aluminium Lugs for different size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 4 lugs in each set

Dismantlling of existing panel including disconnections of cables and reconnection of the cables in the new panel and depositing the old panel at specified location as per the instruction of the department etc.

Supplying including installation, commissioning of vermin and dust proof totally enclosed, Phosphatised Powder Painted cubical outdoor, compartmentalize cubical type panel board of suitable size made of 18 SWG sheet confirming to IP 65 protection with a provision for 800 amps copper busbar, One 630 Amps MCCB as incomer and 5 no 250 Amps MCCB as outgoing ,Ampere meter,Voltmeter and Phase selector switch,LED indication lamps etc as specified and directed by the deptt. All the MCCB's will be connected to the busbar through copper strips of appropriate size. The panel board is to be erected in pre existing foundation with necessarry PCC works required if any.The drawing should be approved by the deptt.The minimum size of the panel is 1.26mX1.82mX0.61m and actual size depends on the size of the MCCB,s and as per the direction of the department.
