Note:- 1. Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. | 19 | Taking down cement plaster / duster bed PCC of Column, chajja, Parapets of roof, facia, drops etc and making good with cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:3 with PCC 1:2:4, (average thickness of PCC 25mm) as required, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre including necessary form work and scaffolding upto 2nd floor including fixing of wire netting where required to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
