Supply and Constr of Pre-Engineered Portable Frame Living Shelter (ORL) Double Storey PIR Shelter of size 12.0m x 6.10m with 1.5m vide verandah including roof covered steel staircase with SS handrails on the side of the shelter as in drawing. The structure made out of primary members of High Tensils Steel (340 Mpa min) and Secondary members of (240Mpa) steel. The main wall and portion and partition wall if any, will be made up of 60mm thick PIR Panels. The Mezzainine Floor shall be with 1.0 mm Thick Galvanized Deck sheet. Layout of partition wall of ground and first floors. If any, will be as per the respective floor plans attached. The main beam of of stair case are made up of built up a C section of size 75mm, 200mm, 8/10mm and step platform are mae up of chequered plate 4mm thick. The side railling are made up of square hollow steel sections of 32mm x 32mm x 2.9mm @ spacing not greater than 300mm. The roofing will be made of 0.6mm PPGI colour coated sheets. Detailed specification are att as per Appx 'A'.

(5.1) Supply and installed of Individual standalone plastic body smoke alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of covering area >40Sqm and actuating an inbuilt alarm with loudness minimum 80 DB. Smoke alarm be powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard)

(5.2) Supply and Installed of Individual standalone plastic body heat alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of detecting fixed temperature of 58 degree celcious and and actuating an inbuilt alarm powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (5.3) Powder based Fire Extinguisher : Supply and Installation Dry powder fire extinguisher of 6 Kg Capacity, confirmation with ISO/CE standards, complete with wall mounting bracket/ holder. The extinguisher shall be (helium leak tested and Hydraulically tested as per IS standard) and provided with 3 years warranty.
