Bids Are invited for Annual Maintenance Service For Centralised Air Conditioning System - All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Aicmc) Of Hvac Equipment Installed At New Atc Building Complex (High Side) Complete With Air-Cooled Screw Chil
All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) of HVAC equipment installed at New ATC Building Complex (High Side) complete with Air-cooled screw chiller (04 nos.-220 TR), chilled water pumps, associated electrical power supply panels, starter panels & control panels with all its control and switchgear including VFDs and associated power and control cables, piping & valves with and without insulation, strainers, flow meters, earthing connector complete etc, as required and as per enclosed specifications with all related/associated equipments works at the locations and as installed covering the scope of activities given in special condition of contract (SCC) and technical specifications , attending faults with supply and replacement of defective components by equivalent rating and approved make, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance complete etc. as required and specified.Note:- CMC of Chiller should be got carried out by the OEM of Chiller (i.e. M/s Dunham-Bush or it’s India Associates)
