X 25m deep bore well at the floor of recharge pit including Providing and supplying one complete AI-Enabled Single Integrated Modular Smart Groundwater Recharge Unit with Recharge-Volume Measurement, Real-Time Clog Monitoring, Recharge-Water Quality Monitoring, Soil Quality / Site Suitability Assessment, IoT Communication, AI Dashboard and GIS Monitoring Platform, suitable for urban rainwater and storm water groundwater recharge applications. The supplied unit shall be a single integrated smart recharge unit and shall not be a combination of disconnected or separately assembled devices. All field-level hardware, sensors, filtration arrangement, sedimentation section, recharge-volume measurement system, real-time clog monitoring system, recharge-water quality monitoring system, IoT controller, communication module, QR/GIS asset identification and data communication components shall be integrated within the supplied smart recharge unit and shall operate as one complete system. The AI dashboard, GIS monitoring platform, cloud hosting, SIM/data communication and software support shall be digitally integrated with the supplied unit for live monitoring, alerts, analytics and reporting. Internal components shall not be treated as separate payable items. The main body / modular assembly of the unit shall be made primarily from HDPE/FRP / UPVC or equivalent corrosion free material And shall be suitable for long-term contact with rainwater / storm water, groundwater recharge applications and repeated cleaning. The unit shall be corrosion-resistant, water-resistant, durable and easy to maintain. The unit shall be modular, removable, reusable and serviceable. The design of the unit shall enable cleaning, sediment removal, filter inspection, filter-media replacement, sensor inspection and refitting without damaging the surrounding civil structure, chamber or recharge arrangement. The unit shall have a minimum external diameter of 750 mm and minimum overall height of 2000 mm with FRP cover of suitable size having 40 MT capacity. The unit shall have sufficient internal space for filtration arrangement, sediment holding, recharge-volume measurement, real-time clog monitoring, water-quality monitoring, IoT components, sensor housing, cleaning access and maintenance. The unit shall include multistage filtration, debris arrest arrangement, first-flush / bypass provision, sedimentation and silt-management section, recharge-volume measurement system, recharge-rate monitoring, real-time clog monitoring, recharge-water quality monitoring after filtration and before recharge, soil quality / site suitability assessment module, IoT-based data communication, QR, GIS asset identification, AI-enabled web dashboard, GIS monitoring platform. The unit shall be capable of measuring, recording and reporting actual recharge volume, recharge-rate trend, sedimentation status, clogging condition, recharge-water quality parameters, soil / site suitability parameters, unit health, sensor health, battery status, communication status and maintenance status on a web-based dashboard. The item shall be treated as one complete integrated smart unit. Internal components such as HDPE/ FRP modular body, filtration arrangement, sedimentation section, measurement systems, sensors, IoT controller, communication module, AI dashboard, GIS platform, cloud hosting and SIM/data support shall not be measured or paid separately. The unit shall have authentication from any Govt. Institute like C.O.E.P./CW&PRS/GSDA etc. The unit shall be supplied with five years warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects and functional failure of the supplied smart recharge unit under normal operating and prescribed maintenance conditions with five years of operation and maintenance along with all necessary technical assistance from the date of supply / acceptance and shall have cloud hosting, SIM/data support, remote technical support and software maintenance and assistance for five years from actual installation day. The rate shall be inclusive of survey and identification of ground water recharge points, study & analysis of aquifer data within PCMC limit, necessary excavation, loading, unloading, assembling the necessary materials and fittings, including all other taxes and excluding GST. |
