Draining and cleaning of alkaline chemical tank ,Hot water tank, Cold water tank in installed basement of de-greasing palnt and 05 Nos of ETP tank complete and removing frozen solid sludge from all tank in each month. Solid sluge and other wastage should be disposed / thrown at a minimum distance of 100 metre away from the plant or a location decided by users with in the 505 ABW premises complete all as specified and as directed. Details of Tank - (a) 05 ETP tank ( Clean in each Month) Total - 5 x 6 (month ) = 30 month (b) 03 Tank (Alkaline Tank-01, Hotwater Tank-01, Cold Water-01) Total = 3 x 3 (clean the tank once in 02 month) = 9 Month G total - 30+9 =39 Month

M&L for cleaning and repairing of all stainless steel spray pipe lines of various size including nozzles laying on the floor inside the de-greasing washing chamber and connected other accessories complete. dismatling / removal the complete spray line alongwith oulet valve nozzle, coupling with packing after then complete drain out any remaining frozen materials inside the pipe line and nozzels,and reassembled , making good any leakage in pipe line with necessary gas cutting, welding , polishing, testing as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.
