Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally 1 No x 200 CFM and 2 No x 225 CFM Air compressor assemble with Air filter, compressor element, air receiver/ oil separator, air cooler, oil cooler, drive motor, gear casing, unloader, Electronic/electric control system, air dryer with bypass valves etc Including checking & inspection of airflow line, oil change, pressure switch setting, setting of safety valves, vibration and abnormal noise check, oil check/ oil consumption check, cleaning of air filters, checking functioning of valves, checking of gauge, nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness of V belt and safety by the original manufacturer complete all as specified.Inspection to maintenance of including replacement of defective parts, and all other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of compressor. preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping of Gear box with water cool system. Cleaning up all greasy/clipping materials inspection servicing, setting and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. preventive maintenance of electrical control system comprising of following:-(a) Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc.(b) Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity.(c) Inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. Details of Qty : (a) No of compressor = 3 Nos (b) Comprehensive maint for 6 months = 3 x 6 = 18 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
