Removal of loose foundation:- Removal of damaged concrete/Plaster : Removing & Cleaning of existing grout concrete/plaster on RCC members of machine foundation carefully with pneumatic/air compressor chipping machine including removal of earth / soil if any as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, Payment will be made based on actual concrete chipping at site.

Supply and pouring High strength Epoxy grout of compressive strength 90 MPA or above at 7 days suitable for use where heavy, dynamic loads are encountered for large foundation base grouting of layer thickness about 100mm with proper cleaning using cleaning agent of approved make to ensure high strength, non-shrink, vibration-resistant grouting, as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
