Supply and erection of decorative pole 7m Heron Georgia Lighting Pole-7000 mm Heron Georgia pole made of circular mild steel pipe of two section (grade YST 210), Bottom section 139.7mm Dia x 3.6mm thick with 1625mm Height & Top section 114.3mm Dia x 3.2mm thick with 4051mm Height. Decorative base made of Gravity Die-cast aluminium (504mm Dia x 1324mm Height). Decorative die cast aluminium cone (230mm Dia x 150mm Height) covered on the both section joint area. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. PDC aluminium service door 348mm height x 110mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door. Including the control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 1Amp SP MCB and 32A stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Mild steel (base plate) mounting plate 300mm Square x 16mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 48 x 24 to suit M20 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC 215 with suitable earthing hole provision. The base plate have a cable entry hole as per the base pipe size. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated externally as well asinternally so that rusting should not happened. On the edges and openings the pole is duly painted by one coat of red oxide to aovide the corrosion. Externally Entire unit shall be given an extensive three Stage treatment with U.V. ray resistant PU based each primer, Zinc phosphate primer and Poly Urethane paint of approved (from department) colour. The body of the pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The coating should have a DFT of 80-90 microns.

Supply and erection Single Arm Bracket stem made of MS Pipe 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick, emerging from a gravity die cast aluminium embellishment upto a height 715 from a decorative embellishment of 220mm dia and 166mm height crowned at the top with a gravity die cast aluminium decorative flower bud of 203mm height. The angularly projecting single arm made of MS Pipe 60.3mm x 2.6mm thick extending from stem, spruced up with cast aluminium Scroll decorative embellishment, is firmly held to the stem and bracket and other end facilitate the fitment of street luminaire at 1100mm from on either side from the vertical axis of the bracket stem.

Supply and erection of decorative pole 5m Jaswin Causeway Midi Lighting Pole-5000mm Jaswin Causeway midi pole made of circular mild steel pipe (grade YST 210) 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick with 4000mm Height. Decorative base made of Gravity Die-cast aluminium (330mm Dia x 1000mm Height). Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. PDC aluminium service door 348mm height x 80mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door and safety harness. Including the control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 1amp SP MCB and 32A stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Mild steel mounting plate 280mm dia x 12mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 38 x 19 to suit M16 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at PCD 200. The base plate have a cable entry hole as per the base pipe size. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. Post fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated externally as well as internally so that rusting should not happened. On the edges and openings the pole is duly painted by one coat of red oxide to aovide the corrosion. Supply and erection Single Arm jaswin bracket is a split constructed type, Bracket stem made of MS Pipe 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick, emerging from a split collar upto a height of 768mm crowned at top with a flower bud of height 202mm. The horizontal single arm made of MS Pipe 38.1mm Dia x 2mm thick, spruced up with GI decorative gusset between the stem and arm and with pipe connector at the end that facilitate the fitment of pendant luminaire at 600mm from the vertical axis of the bracket stem.
