Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Blue Star make 6 body Modular Mortuary Cabinet, the body is made of SS304 corrosion resistant stainless steel. The wall, ceiling & floor will be fabricated modular panels of 100% foamed 80mm thick polyurethane insulation of 40 +/-2 kg/cum density, the blowing agent will be Cyclopentane which is zero ODP and foaming process should comply TUV standards & CCOE certification. Internal lighting will be waterproof CFL lamps, insulated multi doors are molded and stainless steel and externally locked, situated up front. Mortuary unit should be equipped with microprocessor based digital control panel to control temp between (+) 2 Deg. C to (+) 6 Deg C.

The carriage assembly will be telescopic action, trolleys will be made of steel & sliding on telescopic rail and trays will be made of SS304 stainless steel with tubular edge, Size of mortuary cabinet (mm) -3165(W) x 2400(D) x 1785(H). Blue Star make Refrigeration Unit is of unitary type, consisting of both evaporating and condensing unit. IDU is capable of being mounted on the cut out in the modular insulated ceiling of cabinet & CDU will be fitted on ceiling of insulated ceiling of cabinet. Refrigeration units are factory assembled, pre-charged and tested for ready field installation. Refrigeration unit model-RTU10SS-4, (2 Sets - 1 Working + 1 Standby), Capacity -10000 BTUH, Refrigerant- R404A, evaporator fan-1600 CFM, evaporator coil-inner grooved copper tubes, 4 row, 8 FPI. Standard Warranty should be provided- 12 months from the date of installation

Mortuary Cooler Unit should be CE certified

NOTE:i. The agency must procure the materials from the manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. ii. Documents that authenticates such procurement form the manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. iii. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.(One year spare & maintenance warranty after commissioning of the Mortuary Cooler Unit to be provided; security deposit will be released after one year of commissioning date, DLP period 01 (one) year, AGENCY / CONTRACTOR / OEM HAS TO ATTEND AND RECTIFY FAULT(S) WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF COMPLAINT. CERTIFICATE IN THIS REGARD IS TO BE UPLOADED.)
