4Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation UG Cableetc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in hard / dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.
5As per srl item no. 04 Above but exc. 1.5 mtr but not exc. 3.0 mtr.
6Eath work in excavation over area in any kind of soil by mechanical; means ( Hydraulic excavator) ( exceeding 30 cm in depth , upto 1.5 mt ) including getting out disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 mt and lift up to 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.
7Eath work in excavation over area in any kind of soil by mechanical; means ( Hydraulic excavator) ( exceeding additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mt including getting out disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 mt and lift up to 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.
8Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.
9Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed.
10PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.
11RCC M-30, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., complete all as specified & directed.
12RCC M-30, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified & directed.
13RCC M-30, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footing; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified.
14RCC M-30, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified.
15PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.
16Brick work with old size sub class `B' bricks built in CM 1:4 straight and covered on plan exc 06 mtr radius complete all as specified.
17Broken glass coping @ 10 Kg glass per sqm on top of wall rendered with 25 mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
18Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beamsand similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.
19Use & waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, structs, columns etc. for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.
20Use & waste of steel form work to face of walls retaining walls, abutments, parapets and like for flat fair finished surface all as specified.
21Use & waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc alo splays between floors and beams for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.
22TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.
23TMT bars 05 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.
24Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)
25Concertina concertina coil with punched tape 600 mm dia having 50 rounds per 6 meter length, with wire diametre 2.5 mm dia and blade size 15mmx12mmx0.5mm, sapacing of blade 26 mm, (concertina coil minimum weight per bundle of 6 m length covering 50 rounds shall not be less than 8.5 Kgs) concertina coil shall be fixed over wall complete all as specified and as directed.
26110 mm bore PVC pipes as in weep holes all as specified.
27Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.
2815mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified.
2915mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.
30Preperation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint in camaflage patern over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.
31Prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.
32XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles and taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).
33Sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified.
34Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
35GI tubing ‘medium grade’ with all fittings, laid in trenches or under road crossing as protection pipe in replacement of old pipe, bore of pipe 40 mm, complete all as specified.(Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).
36Supplying, fixing in replacement and erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items).
37M&L for replacement of wiring with two nos single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 1.5 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into steel pole for connection to security lights from junction box fitted on pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
38M&L for replacement of GI bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 40/50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade suitable for fixing of Light upto 1.2 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
39M&L for replacement of junction box hot press moulded SMC of inside dimension size 333 x 233 x 120 mm with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having aluminium bus bar 4 strips of 20x3mm for TPN on necessary epoxy base insulator and fixing of 6 Amp MCB SP, including necessary 25x3mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed.
40M&L for replacement of Integral LED security light luminaire 90W LED 230 volts made of pressure die cast aluminium housing powder coated with high power SMD LED’s lens & toughned glass IP-66, Luminaire efficacy >=125 Lumens per Watt ,Secondary optics for better light distribution, having two nos Potted driver(OEM)(one inbult and one spare potted driver) 4KV internal +10KV SPD, THD<10%, pf>0.95 and taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type/wattage complete all as specified and as directed.
