Taking down of existing aluminium door carefully except Floor spring/hydraulic door closer from the existing frame and repair the same for smooth operation/movement, including replacing of door handle, aluminium hinge, rubber beading etc and refixing in the same location after repairing all components, complete all as specified and directed. (Area of door not exc 4.00 Sqm each)

Material and labour for making operational manually operarted hangar door of size n.exc 10.00 metre width & height per leaf, hangar door is mounted on wheel track, make wheels track operational by cleaning the track and removal of all dust/ soil and disposed off at 50 m distance incl. necessary welding if required to maintain the alignment of wheels with track on both top and bottom side of track including material required if any like angle, Tee, MS flats, hollow section etc, including painting to new items to match with existing, oiling/ greasing completely all as per site requirement and making operational complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (a) Contractor shall arrange necessary Scaffolding (as required at site) to access the height of hangar door and cost of scaffolding shall be deemed included in the Quoted unit rate.
