| 6 | M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors by providing 3mm spacers and filling with epoxy grout matching color with tiles by applying masking tape etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M & L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
