| 2 | Comprehensive/ routine maintenance of 910 KVA - 02 NOs DG Set including servicing and functionality check of all the electrical and mechanical parts for smooth functioning of DG sets during the entire contract period complete all as specified and directed. Make: CumminsNote:1. (a) unlimited Breakdown visit If require during the contract period. (b) Checking the engine for its smooth running and visual inspection of un-usual noise and colour of the smoke from the exhaust.(c) Checking and adjusting fan belt and water pump belt tensions.(d) Cleaning of air filter.(e) Checking of proper functioning of various instruments of dashboard instrumental panel.(f) Diagnosis of various faults,and inform the same to the Engr-In-Charge.(g) Checking and fault identification in the AMF panel associated with the engine.(h) General cleaning of alternator from inside with hand blower.(i) Checking carbon brushes.(j) Checking of wiring system for its loose connections.(k) Changing of rectifiers.(l) Checking rotationg diode assembly in brushless alternator.(m) Checking of mounting bolts.(n) Checking of droop setting for proper load sharing. | 3 | 2. Contractor is required to enter in to MOU with M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd. The contractor shall upload scanned copy of MOU with M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd alongwith his application in Cover No 01 and also submit hard copy of MOU with his application before the last date for bid submission failing which Cover 02 shall not be opened and No claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained. The service Engineer from M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd (original OEM) will visit the System minimum one time in a month and will submit inspection report to the Engr-in-Charge. Necessary repair action will be taken immediately if/as required and periodical maintenance of DG Sets will be carried out by contactor as per technical instructions OEM. 3. Spare parts to be replaced as listed in sch 'A' to be measured and paid seperately as supply only. Fixing charge is deemed to be included in item No. 01.4. Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, panelty shall be charged as given below:-(a) upto 12 Hrs - NIL(b) 13 to 24 Hrs - Rs 1000/-(c) Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/- per day |

| 25 | Disconnecting HT supply and taking out ACB of any make and rating 1000 Amps to 2000 Amp and servicing by cleaning the fix and moving parts, removing dust particles by using high speed blower applying grease / jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening nut bolts of all the components of ACB, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load and testing with VI injecting instrument for full load test/calibration for work efficiently in the tripping circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:-(i) Spares as required for replacement shall be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the Engr-in-charge.(ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item. (vi) A sum of Rs. 1000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbaly.(vii) Thereafter Rs. 600/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
