| 2 | Disconnection of electrical line from the motor , Dismantling the above motor from its base plate by removing the coupling & its bolts & placed on a suitable place by special arrangement. |
| 3 | Dismantling the motor, removing the bearing from DE & NDE side & taking out the rotor from the stator maintaining proper aligment as per direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Complete removal of all the burnt out copper coils, insulation papers etc. from the rotor as per the direction of EIC. |
| 5 | Properly cleaning of dirt & dust by air compressed and dust from winding of stator, rotor and subsequent heating and cleaning by CTC of the stator and other components thoroughly cleaned & checked. |
| 6 | Supply of nomex insulation paper, glass cloth, glass tube, glass tape etc. & other winding materials. |
| 7 | Supply of enamelled copper wire, make: Havells/KEI/RR Kabel |
| 8 | Rotor to be re-wound with new formed coils by using class F insulation materials. After completion the winding, laminated wedges to inserted in the slot portion. |
| 9 | Entire winding to be baked & varnished by using Dr. Becks make varnish. There after final coating of varnish to be applied for anti coated moisture protecting paint(Dr. Becks make paint). |
| 10 | Trueness of rotor to be checked and dynamically balanced. |
| 11 | Slip ring unit should be polished to free from carbon etc and carbon holders should be necessary repairing of the said motor as per direction of EIC |
| 12 | Supply & fitting fixing of new bearings at DE side after proper greasing .( MRJ 3CN) |
| 13 | Supply & fitting fixing of new bearings at NDE side after proper greasing .( RMS 24) |
| 14 | Metalizing/re sleeving of bearing housing cover on DE side & machining the same & match with bearing housing its normal condition. |
| 15 | Re-assembly the motor with stator, rotor and all other components. |
| 16 | Following tests to be carried out of the motor by the party and test result will be submitted in due course i )Insulation Resistance test, ii)Inductance test, iii ) Polarity test |
| 17 | Motors to be placed on its original position with special arrangement and tightening the foundation bolts after proper alignment with the pump. |
| 18 | supply & fitting fixing of 3 phase LED volt meter( Class-0.5) make L&T/ABB/SCHNEIDER. |
| 19 | supply & fitting fixing of 3 phase LED Amp. meter( Class-0.5) make L&T/ABB/SCHNEIDER. |
| 20 | Supply of 3 pole MCCB Thermal magnetic release type DN2-250 N, 200A-250A current rating |
| 21 | Supply & fixing special type motor terminal made of glass fibre sheet fitted with 12mm SS bolt having three nuts & two washer in each bolt. |
| 22 | Reconnection of the existing cable and boxes between the motors slipring end and starters. |
| 23 | Supply & fitting fixing of 1 x 70sq.mm. Unarmoured copper power cable.(Havells make) |
| 24 | Supply & fitting fixing of 1 no. dust cap of the motor end. |
| 25 | supply of lugs for suitable provision of 50 sq mm pvc insulated and unsheathed copper wire. |
| 26 | Painting the body of motor with two coats of silver gray paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
