2	Dismentling the rope drum hoisting system completely of motor, gear box, coupling braking arrangement, power transmission shaft, , rope drum, rope clamps, trunion etc part by part and stack at safe side for repairing.
3	Cleaning, checking, greasing , lubricating the gears, plummer blocks, bearing, manual drive etc .
4	Dismantling, cleaning, checking and greasing the reduction gear box as per direction.
5	Assemble the reduction gear box part by par with changing the damaged oil seal.
6	Scraping, cleaning of wire rope and rope drum with proper way.
7	Fitting fixing of rope drum hoisting system part by part completely for trial run of screen as per direction.
8	Supply of gear oil as per direction of engineer in charge.
9	Supply of grease.
