| 17 | Repairing of impeller shaft involving metal deposition on crushed key hole with machining, turning finishing it to accurate dimension as per existing sample. |
| 18 | Fixing of impeller in the impeller shaft alongwith dynamic balancing of the impeller assembly at the motor speed i.e. 980 rpm. |
| 19 | Repairing of bearing housing involving metalizing of corroded inner surfaces & machining, turning & finishing it for proper accomodation of radial & axial ball bearings as per existing sample. |
| 20 | Repairing incl. removing broken bolts & tapping of damaged bolt holes of pump volute casing & bearing housing and making new threads using magnetic drill tap for proper fitting of nuts & bolts. |
| 21 | Complete rust removing & painting with anti-corrosive paints on impeller, pump body, hollow line shafts, bearing housing & delivery pipeline etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. |
| 22 | Assembly of pump unit part by part & checking for proper pump alignment. Lowering & fitting fixing of the entire pump, hollow line shafts, plummer block assembly & universal couplings with maintaining proper alignment & removing the scaffolding arrangement along with wooden pin from the suction side of the pump by engaging divers, manpower, tools & tackles etc. Finally reconnection of pump motor couplings with proper alignment and trial run. |
