The operation and maintenance of the Pay & Use Toilet Complex on a 24×7 basis at Rampurhat Government Medical College & Hospital, Rampurhat, Birbhum.The selected bidder/agency shall bear all expenses related to the smooth functioning and maintenance of the toilet complex at its own cost, including electricity consumption charges, maintenance of accessories, supply of raw materials/consumables, cleaning materials, and other operational requirements necessary for uninterrupted service. The agency shall also undertake minor repair and maintenance of the entire installation, including civil structures, electrical systems, sanitary fittings, and fixtures, at its own cost during the contract period to ensure proper upkeep and functionality of the toilet complex.
