Providing and Fixing of High Flow Hepa Filters with aluminium frames flange type with Non Micro Fibre Galss (imported). The efficiency of filter should be not greater than/ equal 99.97% down to 0.3 Micron particles size. The sealing of Media of Filter should be by means of Epoxy as per specifications and standards of the manufacutrer. The Nos.of folds in Hepa Filter should not be less than 68 Nos. with aluminium seperator. The Filter shoul be food grade material and IPD less than 25 mm WG, and FPD-50 mm WG.The agency has to submit the Test Certificates for filter testing alongwith material used for Filter Media. Make: AAF, Purolater, Thermadyne. (Note: Agencies duly authorized by the OEM for this work are eligible to quote for the work and the authorization letter to be uploaded in the technical bid otherwise they may be not considered technically suitable. The OEM must provide an undertaking in the authorization letter stating that company will replace the filters during the one-year guarantee period from the date of commissioning and agency will be fully responsible for the same.)
