| 5 | M & L for cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement for depth 25 mm to 50mm from top surface of slab by mechanical means/manually by chiseling, make regular shape and size,removing all debries thrown away outside technical area and loose particle to be cleaned with mechanical air blower,applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush,filling with epoxy resin mortar (1:5) one part of epoxy resin and five parts of Quartz sand as per manufacturer's instructions,on primed surface and finished by means of trowels and flats, finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Taking out existing old/broken/unserviceable runway and links sign boards of any description grouted/embedded portion from ground including disconnecting the electrical conections if any. S&F best quality board made up of acrylic sheet 4mm thick cut to following size fixed with screws by giving backing rods inside boards. S&F backing strips for sign boards made up of tinted film as in approved colour as back ground and writing letters of size 30x5cm in capital viz, A,B,C,D,E,F,H,J,L,P,W1,Y2 on both sides of the boards. PVC pipes of first quality 50mm dia 4mm thick duly inserted with the 2nd class hard wood, 15cm length (two legs for each board) at the end to be grouted on ground by excavating any type of solid and providing PCC 1:2:4 at one end and the other end should be fixed with sign board by providing nut and bolts systems complete all as specified and directed. Note : The old board shall be taking out only, when new board is ready to fixed on the same place. |
| 7 | M & L for writing or painting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 centimetre high (width and thickness of letters & figures as exists on ground) with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M & L for re-writing or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 centimetre high (width and thickness of letters & figures as exists on ground )with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Taking out existing old/broken/unserviceable runway and DTGM boards of any description grouted/embedded portion from ground including disconnecting the electrical conections if any. S&F best quality DTGM board made up of acrylic sheet of 8mm thick cut to following size made of triangle box shape fixed with screws to iron frame inside boards & writing letters of size 15 cm in capital viz, 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, M on both sides of the boards. MS Iron angle of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm thick, 75cm length (three legs for each board) at the end to be grouted on ground by excavating any type of solid and providing PCC 1:2:4 at one end and the other end should be fixed with sign board by providing nut and bolts systems with MS plate 2mm thick of 60mmx16mm size including dismantling unsserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.Note: The old board shall be taking out only, when new board is ready to fixed on the same place. |
| 10 | M & L for cleaning/racking out cracks/joints on rigid portion of runway and making to maximum width upto 50mm and depth 50mm (For cracks above 3 to 5mm wide ) by cutting with cutter machine in flexible pavement and removing all existing loose and foreign materials to a distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 metres, cleaning the surface with wire brushes and then cleaning the surfaces with compressed air using compressor, priming the surfaces with primer and filling with Epoxy tar compound levelled with trowel complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Repair to pot holes in existing rigid/flexible pavement of dispersal/ runway/ PTT upto 20 mm depth and superficial area not exc.320 sqmm each, cleaning the pot hole with hand brushes or water under pressure and drying with compressed air etc. filling the pot holes with epoxy mixture of araldite and hardener, araldite 02 (Two) parts and hardener 01 (one) parts, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |

Notes:- Complete paintings shall be removed from surface of the runway and the Debris / water to be vacuumed simultaneously leaving No FOD so as to ensure that the Runway is available for operation immediately. |
| 15 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavements exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge Note : (i) Demolition shall be carried out by cutting the slabs with diamond cutter in small pieces.(ii) Suitable cranes & Hilti Bolts shall to used to take out the concrete pieces to avoid damage to the adjoining pavement.(iii) Damage caused to the subgrade, adjoining concrete pavement during demolition shall be made good by the contractor with the same specification without any extra cost to deptt. |

| 17 | M & L for providing pavement quality concrete (PQC) minimum 28 days field flexural stength 45 kilogram per sq.cm or 4.5Mpa aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong ,dense non-porus and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel,fine aggragate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non-circular ,virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length ,specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant ,with equavalent dia 15-40 micron ,minimum melting temperature as 240'C and minimum tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specified by the Manufacturer\\"s and gradient and chamber, spread, paved, compacted & finished including making necessary joints, filling with sealent and form work for laying in bays shall be deemed including rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- (i) The top surface of the concrete shall be matched with the existing pavement.(ii) Joints of suitable width shall be cut by diamond cutter in the concrete pavement.(iii) Joints shall be cleaned by compressed air all as specified. (iv) Joints shall be sealed with cold applied, fuel resistant, polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BIS : 5212, M/s Hindcon Chamicals Ltd (Hind Sealent PPU), Bostik India Pvt Ltd (Seal 'N' Flex 2K) or equivalent approved make including priming coat & back up rod as specified.(v) Polyster non-circular fibre as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately as \\"supply only\\" under relevant item of this schedule. |
