| 1 | Preamble:- Before the commencement of the work the agency must submit the designs / layout plan of the proposed furniture work which shall be got approved from the competent authority. |
| 2 | Wooden Cupboard / Wardrobe:Providing and fixing in position 600mm deep wooden Cupboards / wardrobes of required size made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters. 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer unit and at back of cupboard / wardrobe as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces and back of cabinet including wooden / pvc lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Only front elevation area shall be measured in sqm for payment). |

| 5 | Wooden TV Console:Providing and fixing in position 250mm deep wooden TV Console of required size made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves. 6mm thick toughened glass for shutters with all hardwares. 12 mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of the unit as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on all exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces and back of cabinet including wooden / pvc lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Only front elevation area shall be measured in sqm for payment). |

| 8 | Providing and fixing wooden paneling made of 1mm thick laminate of approved shade pasted on 12mm thick BWP ply fixed to wall with necessary nails/wooden plugs including all nails Teak wood wood lipping, melamine polishing, wood preservative paint, Teak wood architrave etc. complete as per design and drawing. |
| 9 | Curtain Rod: |
| 10 | Providing and fixing in position 202 grade stainless steel curtain rod with wooden pelmet, the rod shall have diameter of 25mm and thickness of 1.5mm including SS wall end bracket and SS 75mm long centre support bracket. The pelmet shall have a size of 150mmx150mm made up of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on all exposed sides of pelmet wherever required including wooden / pvc lipping, all types of screws, fasteners, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Only running length shall be measured in metre for payment). |
