| 10 | Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Distempering (one coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and incuding a priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Steel work welded in builtup section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead painting grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing granite stone in flooring 20mm (average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement :3sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone inlcuding rubbing and polishing complete 20mm thick as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.
