| 1 | ACB and Main Control Panel: Servicing of 2500 Amp ACB 03 pole fitted in Substation by way of disconnecting the pvc cables, opening nuts & bolts then remove it from panel & shifted it to working place with the help of skilled labor, then overhaul ACB at site by way of adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance from all contact points with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the ACB compartment. The job also includes removing of all damaged control wiring from the ACB and the providing and fitting of new suitable size copper control wiring inside ACB with identification mark and tapping where ever required. After proper servicing fitting it back to panel tighten nuts & bolts, & tested it on full load after connecting connections properly with the help of skilled labour. |

After completion of work the main control shall be tested on full load. |

| 6 | Voltage Stabilizer: Servicing of Voltage Stabilizer by way of Dismantling of voltage stabilizers, opening top lid, taking out the voltage regulator and Core, checking all connection lead insulation and providing and fitting of new insulation wherever required for connection leads, refitting of voltage regulator and assembling voltage stabilizer properly after proper servicing/ repair. The job involves welding repairs to oil tank at leakage spots to make it leak proof. Connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of Voltage Stabilizer at site on full load. The Job also include providing and fitting of new Voltmeter and Ampere meter (0-500 range) selected switch, phase indicating lamp control wiring complete and bush rod. |

| 9 | Repairs to 350mm Dia MS Rising main:Arresting of all Minor/ Major leakage in rising main of approximate length of 1500 mtr by way of welding and patching, the job shall include cost for earth excavation at various high terrain location with the help of manual labours/ Excavator as per site requirement, then cutting appropriate size of windows to the rising main by using oxyacetylene gas plant at site for cutting of window to M.S pipe in order to carry out welding works inside the pipe. The job then involves cleaning of rust around pipe by chipping off rusted layers inside the pipe. The cracked portion of the pipe shall be plugged by using M.S plate of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal crack inside/outside the pipe. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual earth excavation, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load and no leakage shall remain in the rising main. The job also include Maintenance of control valve by way of opening nuts and bolts with the help of heavy tool and tackles and skilled labour, The job then include proper cleaning of all control valve removing accumulated muds or thrash if any. after proper cleaning and inspection, the control valve shall be assembled properly and tested on full load.
