| 1 | Vetted structural design and drawings through IIT ,NIT ,DIQC etc, detailed engineering, proof checking, preparation and approval of drawings, procurement of all materials, labour, machinery, equipment, testing, transportation, construction, commissioning and defect liability obligations for construction of an economical arrangement ( as per approved GAD ) double lane motorable bridge on EPC ( Engineering, procurement and construction ) basis over nallah, including construction of 1.20 m wide footpath on both sides of the bridge, foundations, substructure , abutments, piers ( wherever required ), wing walls, return walls, superstructure, deck slab / girders, bearings, expansion joints, crash barriers / parapets, drawings spouts, wearing coat, road furniture, traffic signs, road markings, protection works, river training works, pitching, retaining structures, embankment, earthwork, PCC, RCC, reinforcement steel, structural steel / pre-stressed concrete members ( as per approved design ), curing, dewatering, quality control tests, load testing, environment safeguards, ( if required ), disposal of surplus material, site clearance, and all incidental works complete in all respects as per approved GAD, IRC specifications, MORTH specifications, latest codes and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 15 | Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. |
