Name of Work:- Modification & fixing of ACBs for set no. 01 & 03 with all allied works in main LT Panel at CWPH Bawana.

Dismantling completely the old Outgoing ACBs from the Main LT Panel (set no. 1 & 3), complete with the housing after disconnecting the mounting and joints with the main bus bars connection after taking proper shut down. Dismantling the outgoing cable connection required to discharge the Circuit breaker completely.

Fixing the new ACB of 1250 Amperes rating (shall be provided by the deptt.) with complete cradle in the chamber in proper manner including material and consumables for installation with complete work as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle / ACB as required along with providing & fixing of suitable Under Voltage Release as per site requirement.

Dismantling the existing bus bars arrangement of ACB. Alteration / Modification of Bus Bar arrangement along with addition of required Bus Bar lengths in copper construction as required to connect the main bus bars and making all required joints of supply arrangement including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of consumables as per site requirement.

Strengthening the existing bus bar arrangement at main bus bars of the LT Panel chambers of the ACB to be replaced by providing supports etc as per requirement of the site for tightening of the bus bar mountings and the connections / joints etc.

Testing and commissioning of the newly installed ACB at No Load and then at ON Load for required operation and power supply to the connected motors as per site requirement. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
