| 1 | Group 2 Siliguri Jhapa Pipeline (SJPL- Nepal Section)Bidders shall quote landed price (on per meter basis) of coated/bare pipes at stockpile locations. This price shall include all costs including but not limited to taxes, duties, levies/cess/handing charges etc. however, excluding Goods & Services Tax [to be quoted (As applicable) separately in the relevant column of the price bid/ price BoQ], price of bare pipes, transportation of bare pipes to coating plant, coating, transportation of coated/bare pipes to stockpiles(stockpile land to be provided by NOC, Nepal and stockpile to be maintained by the bidder), unloading and stacking of pipes at stockpile, storage of coated/bare pipe at stockpile for a free period of three months, from the contractual delivery period or actual completion whichever is later, security arrangement at stockpile, transit insurance, loading of accepted quality of pipes on carrier brought by pipeline laying contractor/owner’s representative but excluding dumpsite storage insurance and inspection charges |
