| 2 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.) |
| 6 | Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | S&F High mast light galvanized of 15 meter height, suitable for 8 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear LT bistribution panel and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Supply & Fix LED flood light 120 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and incl eassy to instl with base plate connection complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate Electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanished wire of 4 mm dia means of bolts, nuts check and washers of G I or steel etc,including providing 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead wire and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering purpose funnel ,wire mesh,charcoal or coke ,common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm ( compacted thickness ) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in RCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-1 ( with 20 mm graded aggregate ) 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab ( re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @ 150 mm c/c bothways and liftting for suitable handle made of 8 mm TMT Bar including necessary ,earth work in excavation,returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc,all as shown on electrical plate No,3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete testing on completion all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the Contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department complete all as specified and directed.
